Virtual vs. In-Showroom Design: Which Is Right for You?

Virtual vs. In-Showroom Design: Which Is Right for You?

Not everyone designs a room the same way. Some people want to sit on the sofa before they commit to it; others would rather handle the whole thing from their phone between errands. Decorner supports both, so the better question isn't which is "better" — it's which fits you.

Virtual design, start to finish

Our online design flow starts with a short style quiz, followed by a real plan built by our design team from our actual in-stock collection. You can review it, ask questions by phone or email, and order everything without ever leaving home. It's the faster path if you already have a sense of your space and just want expert eyes on it.

In-showroom design

Our showroom sits at 1660 Broadway, Suite 15, in Chula Vista — a real, family-run space where you can see finishes and fabrics in person, sit on the sectionals, and talk through a room face to face. If you're someone who needs to feel a fabric before trusting a photo of it, this is the better starting point.

Or both

Plenty of our customers start with the quiz online, then swing by the showroom to see their top picks in person before ordering — or the reverse, starting in-showroom and finishing the paperwork from home later. There's no wrong order.
