Decorner's model is different
Our design consultation — the 5-question quiz, the plan our team builds around your space and budget, the follow-up conversation — is completely free, with no minimum purchase required. We can do this because we're a furniture retailer first: our design team's job is to help you find the right pieces from our own collection, not to bill hourly for advice.
So what do you actually pay for?
Just the furniture you choose to buy, at the price listed — plus delivery, if you want our White Glove installation service (starts at $75 depending on the item and your ZIP code). There's no design fee layered on top.
When a paid designer makes more sense
If you need architectural changes, custom millwork, or a full-home project spanning multiple contractors, you'll likely need a traditional design firm — that's genuinely outside what a furniture-focused consultation can offer. For everything short of that — picking the right sofa, laying out a bedroom, matching a dining set to your space — our free plan covers it.
